Prof. Dr. Tevfik SÖZEN

Dr. Tevfik Sözen, after graduating from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, completed his specialization training in the department of Ear, Nose and Throat - Head and Neck Surgery at the same university between 2005-2011. Dr. Sözen completed his two-year compulsory service in Gaziantep until 2013. After his compulsory service, he worked as a specialist physician in the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat at Hacettepe University between 2013-2019. During this period, he worked as an official Fellow of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery for a total of 1 year, 3 months in the USA, 3 months in the UK, 3 months in Germany, and 3 months in Izmir and Istanbul. During this period, he worked with Andrew Jacono (USA), Mehmet Manisalı (UK), Fazıl Apaydın (İzmir), Özcan Çakmak (İstanbul), and Holger Gassner (DE). After this period, he completed a one-year subspecialty training program in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Sözen successfully completed the two-step exam he took in England in 2015 and completed his Facial Plastic Surgery board certification. Dr. Sözen earned the right to become an Associate Professor in 2019. Dr. Sözen continues his work in his private clinic. He is a board member of the Turkish Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the Turkish Ear Nose Throat and Head and Neck Surgery Association and the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery. He lectures on rhinoplasty and national and international facial rejuvenation.
